Greetings

Thank you very much for visiting the website of Yaeshima Ceramic Materials Co.

Our company's history began in 1917, when the founder, Ushitaro Yaeshima, began mining Taisyu white clay (clay) and opened the Yaeshima Mine. It was a great challenge for our predecessors to live in harmony with the rich nature of Tsushima and to see the potential of the resources of this land for the future.

Later, with the depletion of the Taisyu white clay, the business shifted to the mining of Taizhou feldspar, and in 1948 it was reorganized as the KCM Corporation Taisyu Mining Plant, and continued its business with the warm support and guidance of all those involved. Then, in 1984, it became independent once again as the Yaeshima Ceramic Materials Corporation.

In 2023, we reached the milestone of our 100th year since our founding, and we are once again keenly aware that we could not have continued on this path without the patronage of our many customers, the support of the local community, and the assistance of all those involved. I would like to express my deepest gratitude once again.
We will continue to take on new challenges for the next 100 years, while cherishing the history and traditions we have built up to date. We will do our utmost to improve quality and ensure a stable supply of resources, so that we can continue to be a company that is trusted by our customers, contributes to the local community, and in which each and every employee can take pride.
We would like to ask for your continued support and patronage.
President and Representative Director
Seiichiro Yaeshima
